Class Descriptions
 

Box Fit

Boxing is a moderate intensity class using boxing drills combined with cardio training that are easy to learn and fun to do. You will increase your strength, improve coordination and fitness levels all while learning the correct technique. 
"Get Fit Not Hit!"

Pilates

A low impact class that is focused on building strength without bulk, improving flexibility and agility whilst helping prevent injuries. The key result is a balanced body which is strong and supple, a flat stomach, balanced legs and a strong back

TBT (Tummy Butt Thighs)

A low impact class focusing on .... You guessed it TUMMY-BUTT-THIGHS. With an easy to follow format it's suitable for any level of fitness. Combinations of free-weight exercises, bands and thigh masters to attack the midsection of the body, whilst targeting those problem areas the hips, thighs & buttocks. You have to try it!!!

Thump

Designed to shape muscles during a muscle-endurance based class using adjustable weights. A full body workout designed to help strengthen all key muscle groups (chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms) with a challenging attack on the midsection to finish session. Excellent for weight loss, fat burning & toning. (WARNING: This class has been known to produce hard bodies and firm physiques!)

Thumpin' Cardio

This action packed class involves a high intensity workout with a combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercises to improve overall strength & muscular endurance

Yoga

A gentle exercise class consisting of numerous stretching movements that are extremely helpful in healing and relaxation. A relaxing yet challenging class
Zumba 
Combines Latin and international music in dance routines featuring aerobic and fitness interval training done to a combination of fast and slow rhythms. JOIN IN THE FUN!!!
