Fighting Fit |
Fighting Fit combines kickboxing and boxing drills that are easy to learn and fun to do. You will increase your strength, improve coordination and fitness levels all while learning the correct technique.

Pulse (Enduro) |
This moderate intensity aerobic workout is designed for increasing cardiovascular & muscular endurance through cardio & resistance. Focusing on endurance, the class includes extended periods of cardiovascular exercise (running & boxing) as well as moderate intensity weights for toning & strengthening of the body with additional abdominal training. |

This high intensity aerobic & anaerobic workout is designed to increase cardiovascular strength & endurance, through cardio training and a combination of weights & abdominal exercise. Timed intervals are used to motivate participants to help improve anaerobic thresholds. Recovery periods utilise weight & low intensity cardiovascular to improve muscle strength & stamina. |

All levels welcome to participate in this motivating class mixing elements of boxing, karate and
tai-kwon-do. The class involves a combination of intervals of moderate to high intensity cardiovascular training (skipping, running) with recovery periods of shadow boxing, punching & kicking for a highly motivated action packed class. Get fit and shred fat at the same time. |

A low impact class focusing on …. You guessed it – TUMMY-BUTT-THIGHS. With an easy to follow format it's suitable for any level of fitness. Combinations of free weight exercises, bands and thigh masters to attack the midsection of the body, whilst targeting those problem areas the hips, thighs & buttocks.

Designed to shape muscles during a muscle-endurance based class using adjustable weights. A full body workout designed to help strenghten all key muscle groups (chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms) with a challenging attack on the midsection to finish session. Excellent for weight loss, fat burning & toning
